Prepare & publish a listing
Once a property exists, dress it up into a listing.
In the Media section, upload photos. These become the gallery on the public listing.
Descriptions (NL / EN)
Section titled “Descriptions (NL / EN)”In Descriptions, write a listing description in Nederlands and English. Each language has its own editor with a Save button. Provide both for the widest reach with expat tenants.
In Rooms, add each room with a label, type and surface (m²), or remove rooms you added by mistake.
Amenities & what’s included
Section titled “Amenities & what’s included”In Edit → Amenities, tick what the home has — bath, balcony, garden, garage, elevator, air-conditioning, suitable for sharing, and more. Under Included in rent, tick the utilities covered (gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, service costs). These show as badges on the property and feed the public listing.
The property cockpit
Section titled “The property cockpit”The Lifecycle card on the detail page is your cockpit: it threads this property’s enquiries, viewings, contracts and inspections with live counts and links — so you can see the whole story in one place without re-navigating.
Publish
Section titled “Publish”In the Publication card:
- Publish makes the listing live.
- List on marketplace pushes it to the public site (
:8200). - Per-channel switches control any external channels.
