Costs & terms
A contract carries far more than a single rent figure. Two editable cards on the detail page hold it all.
Costs breakdown
Section titled “Costs breakdown”The Costs breakdown card itemises every line so an invoice can reproduce it exactly rather than showing one lump sum:
- Base rent, service costs, gas/water/electricity
- Upholstery depreciation, TV / internet, municipality charges, cleaning, other costs
- Deposit
- Tenant, landlord and colleague commission, and the landlord part (net)
A monthly total (rent + costs) is shown at the bottom. Click Edit to change any line.
Terms & guarantees
Section titled “Terms & guarantees”The Terms & guarantees card holds the contractual specifics:
- Bank guarantee (and amount) — an alternative security to a cash deposit
- Deposit verified and rent paid by company flags
- Compensation on early termination — months / percentage / date
- Bill date and the two pro-rata pay-period windows
These map directly from the legacy contract so nothing is lost on migration.
