The platform generates polished PDFs from your agency’s templates, and stores uploaded files against the right record.
Generate a document
Section titled “Generate a document”On a contract’s Documents card:
- Choose the type — rental contract, confirmation letter, invoice, rent receipt, indexation letter.
- Choose the model (e.g. ROZ, VVA A–D, Company ROZ) and the language (EN / NL).
- Generate — the PDF is rendered from the template, filled with the contract’s data, stored, and listed for download. Generating a rental contract also marks the contract final.
Upload documents
Section titled “Upload documents”On a tenant or landlord page, the Documents panel lets you upload supporting files (income statements, IDs, ownership proof, brokerage agreements) so everything for a party lives in one place.
