Landlords & tenants
Relations → Landlords & Tenants is your address book of the two party types. Switch between them with the tab at the top.
Add a landlord or tenant
Section titled “Add a landlord or tenant”Click New landlord / New tenant. The create form is complete — it captures the full contact block plus the party-specific fields, so records are rich from the start:
- Contact — salutation, gender, first / middle (tussenvoegsel) / last name, company, email, phone, mobile, address, language. (The middle name matters for correct Dutch addressing in generated documents.)
- Landlord — type (private/company), category tier, IBAN + account holder / bank / city, brokerage commission rate, KVK number, birth date, first contact, and the brokerage-agreement / third-party toggles.
- Tenant — tenant type (local / expat / sharers / student), ID type & number, IBAN + account holder, subscriber toggle.
On a landlord
Section titled “On a landlord”The landlord detail page has an editable Details card (everything above), plus Documents (brokerage agreements, ID, ownership proof) and Remarks.
On a tenant
Section titled “On a tenant”The tenant detail page has the editable Details card, a Search preferences card (city, price range, bedrooms, surface, type, furnishing — this drives matching), Documents (income, employment, guarantor, ID) and Remarks.
Remarks
Section titled “Remarks”Remarks (on both landlords and tenants) take an optional subject heading plus the body, and record who wrote them and when — a lightweight log of every interaction.
