Document templates

Settings → Document templates controls how generated documents (contracts, letters, invoices) look and read for your agency.

The editor

It’s a real editor, not a black box:

• Code pane — edit the template (HTML + fields).
• Live preview — see the rendered result update as you type, filled with sample data.
• Field cheat-sheet — a reference panel of every field you can insert (property, tenant, contract, landlord, dates…), grouped with examples. Click to insert.

Overrides & defaults

• Save stores your version as an agency override — it only affects your agency.
• Reset reverts to the platform default template.

Your saved templates are what document generation uses when an agent produces a PDF.
