Management (in beheer)

When your agency manages a property (in beheer), the detail page’s Management card holds the operational data you need to run it — grouped into sections.

  • Management fee (%) — your commission for managing the property. Historical rates are tracked.

For electricity, gas, water, internet, TV and network: the provider and the customer number, plus the heating provider/customer number and heating type. This is what you reach for when a tenant reports an outage.

  • Whether there’s a maintenance contract, the contract reference, customer number, contractor phone/email, and the last maintenance date.
  • Alarm code and key / lockbox code (both stored encrypted), whether keys are held by us, and the WiFi SSID / password.
  • The VvE name, contact name, phone and email, for apartments in a building with an owners’ association.

The Meter readings card records dated readings per meter — electricity, gas, water and heating — so you have a history for check-in/check-out reconciliation.
