Management (in beheer)
When your agency manages a property (in beheer), the detail page’s Management card holds the operational data you need to run it — grouped into sections.
- Management fee (%) — your commission for managing the property. Historical rates are tracked.
Utilities
Section titled “Utilities”For electricity, gas, water, internet, TV and network: the provider and the customer number, plus the heating provider/customer number and heating type. This is what you reach for when a tenant reports an outage.
CV / boiler
Section titled “CV / boiler”- Whether there’s a maintenance contract, the contract reference, customer number, contractor phone/email, and the last maintenance date.
Access & security
Section titled “Access & security”- Alarm code and key / lockbox code (both stored encrypted), whether keys are held by us, and the WiFi SSID / password.
VvE (owners’ association)
Section titled “VvE (owners’ association)”- The VvE name, contact name, phone and email, for apartments in a building with an owners’ association.
Meter readings
Section titled “Meter readings”The Meter readings card records dated readings per meter — electricity, gas, water and heating — so you have a history for check-in/check-out reconciliation.
