Sign up

1. Go to /signup on the console.
2. Provide your details and your agency name. This creates your organisation and your admin account in one step.
3. Verify your email via the link, then sign in.

Email delivery

Verification and welcome emails are generated but not delivered in this environment yet (email is wired to a local test inbox). In production this is the double-opt-in path; for now an operator can confirm accounts if needed.

What you get

A fresh, isolated agency space. Everything you create — properties, people, contracts — belongs to your agency and is invisible to others. As the signup user you’re the agency admin (org_admin) and can do everything in the console plus manage the team, plan and document templates.
