Enquiries inbox
Every enquiry submitted on the public site lands in Audience → Enquiries (and as a task on your dashboard).
Triage
Section titled “Triage”- Open Enquiries. Filter by New, Handled, or All.
- Each card shows the enquirer, their message, the property they’re asking about, and one-click email / call links.
- Follow up directly, then click Mark handled to clear it from the New queue.
The property link takes you to that property’s cockpit, where the enquiry is also counted on the Lifecycle card.
