Change a plan

Set an agency’s tier. Plans are data-driven (no payment processor) and define limits such as max users and published listings, which are then enforced inside that agency’s console.

Suspend an agency

Suspending an agency blocks its users from logging in — an immediate kill-switch for non-payment or abuse. Re-activating restores access.
